Sewage Treatment Facility and Bulk Water Services

EMTUP & Quezon City Governmentt has mutually agreed to design and build a state of the art Sewage
Treatment Facility for the Novaliches District Hospital. EMTUP in collaboration with
its partner SHIVSU CANADIAN CLEARWATERS PVT LTD will supply a 100 KLD MBR (Membrane
Bio-film Reactor) modularized treatment plant to the Novaliches District Hospital.

This facility will provide the Quezon City Government a TOTAL WATER REUSE SYSTEM, thereby allowing
the Local Government unit to save as much as 85% of its water requirements. The Novaliches
District Hospital facility will be the first of its kind for a local Governmentt unit in the
Country.

Alaminos City Government and One Pangasinan Inc – a consortium of seven Western Pangasinan
municipalities will embark in a Bulk Water Services agreement with EMTUP – SHIVSU
CANADIAN CLEARWATERS PVT LTD under the PPP (Public – Private Partnership) Initiative
of the Aquino Administration

EMTUP Inc and its partners will provide the potable water treatment facility and the
associated sewage treatment plants for the seven municipalities under the PPP

Power & Infrastructure Projects Financing and / or Funding

EMTUP, Inc and its’ affiliate partners focus on power projects and infrastructure business are moving to:

Business One: EPC for big power projects and other infrastructure projects with financing from China.

EMTUP, Inc provides EPC (ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION) and facilitation for big projects, there are two kinds of projects (we refer to power projects and infrastructure projects such as Water Potability projects, LRT/MRT, airports, container / international port and other similar projects) : one is government projects, another is private projects.

Government projects’ EPC and financing: Project owners / proponents should have high profile connection or attachment with government officials / agencies such as National Officer / Cabinet Member,Minister of Finance (or related Minister of the projects).

We will need project background information, feasibility study, or other related commercial, financial and technical documents for us to evaluate if it is viable for EPC and financing on them. If positive, we would sign MOU with concerned authorities so that both sides would work on them formally.

The projects MUST be:
1. provided with sovereign guarantee from Ministry of Finance or other government agencies.
2. that the EPC contracts will be awarded to us through negotiation while we arrange for the financing;
3. that the employer / owner / proponent has at least 15% of the EPC contract value's fund as self contribution.

The financing can be both concessionary or commercial loan or financing for government projects.

For private projects, we need almost the same documents as government projects, but the guarantee can be bank or bank syndicate guarantee.
1. provided with guarantee from reputable banks.
2. that the EPC contracts will be awarded to us through negotiation while we arrange for financing
3. that the employer / owner / proponenet has at least 30% of the EPC contract value's fund as self contribution.

For concessionary loan: terms can be 20-25 years, rate is about 2-3% per year.

For commercial loan: terms can be 5-15 years, rate is about Libor+300-500 Basic points ; both having grace period.


Business Two: MAN HFO diesel generator power plant

We can be MAN or Hyundai hfo diesel generator power plant EPC, supplier or Minor IPP partner.

For IPP minor partner, you or your employers should have the possibility to win the PPA or IPP/PPP power project development rights from your government, and then we can be EPC + minor share holder of the IPP company, and also help to apply commercial loan from China which is
described above as commercial loan.
